Fankful Friday!

By Jane Tanfei|Apr 26 2013 | Curiousity, Thankful Thursday, Thoughts

That name makes me laugh, truly makes me feel joy. Since I forgot to do a Thankful Thursday post, I decided to do a post of gratefulness today. Fankful I am, and fankful I’ll be.

Definitely fankful for being able to laugh at myself and at the bizarreness of the world.

Fankful for Doc Watson’s ‘Keep on the Sunny Side’. This song just makes everything BETTER. Doc Watson is one of my heroes.

Fankful for having some modicum of perspective when I begin to feel too sad.

Fankful that I was able to catch myself today before I fell into despair.

Fankful I thought of the word Fankful. It’s going to have me smiling all day long. (Wearing a huge goofy grin as I type this post.)

Fankful my new chipper shredder machine is coming today! I only ordered it yesterday. Fank foodness for free fast fhipping from free frials. Freaking fantastic.

Fankful I saw an ad this morning for a $30 chainsaw. That baby’s coming home to mama. Have some branches to minimize before turning them into beautifully fragrant mulch.

Fankful it’s almost the weekend – I’m going to garden as much as possible and going to be building a firepit in my backyard. Firepit for bonfires and marshmallow roasting and accidentally stepping in when I’m pulling something heavy across the yard. Zoo-Wee-Mama!

Fankful I’m feeling motivated.

Fankful I’m feeling positive.

Fankful I’m feeling fankful.

Fankful for being alive and fankful for the beauty of the world.

Fanks for reading, friend, have a great day!
